Business cultural awareness training

Improving your cultural awareness is like learning a foreign language; the more advanced your abilities the better you are able to communicate with someone from a different cultural background.

Insight Italy’s interactive seminars are designed for business people who would like to enhance their ability to conduct successful cross- cultural business.
The training, designed in a series of half day and full day sessions, has three levels of competency (basic, intermediate and advanced). A needs analysis prior to the training identifies your critical areas and key target markets so that each session is specially designed to meet your needs.

Format :

Level	Who should attend?
Basic	Anyone with little or no previous experience with foreign clients and colleagues or Induction training for management trainees.
Intermediate	Anyone with limited experience of working with foreign clients and colleagues who wish to strengthen their business and communication skills
Advanced	anyone who often works with other nationalities or is responsible for more senior level meetings and negotiations

Seminars:	Small groups:	6-12 participants
Coaching:	individual	1-2 participants

Approach:	Pragmatic and practical advice underpinned by cultural theory and first hand experience
Interactive:	Discussion groups, role-play, case studies, brain storming session.
